Tenant Protection Notice
After inspecting a property, tenants should return to the RentEaz platform and click "Inspection Successful" if the agreed inspection conditions have been met. This will take the tenant to the next stage of the rental process.
Tenants are advised not to conclude rental transactions privately with agents outside the RentEaz platform. Transactions concluded outside RentEaz are outside the platform's protection and support framework.
If there is an issue with an inspection or property, tenants should report it through RentEaz rather than resolving the matter privately.
